Ramco Systems Limited — Others, 05-06-2025: Pendency of Litigation(s)/dispute(s) or the outcome impacting the Company

Ramco Systems’ wholly owned Philippines subsidiary, Ramco System Inc. (RSI), faces a tax demand of PHP 60.18 million (around Rs. 92.89 million) for FY 2017-18 covering taxes and interest. RSI is contesting the claim and will appeal to the Court of Tax Appeals. Based on initial assessment and expert advice, RSI expects a favorable outcome and does not foresee significant financial impact, which protects the company’s tax position in the Philippines.
