KP Group has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Separately, KP Group has signed three strategic MOUs with Delta Electronics India to advance India’s green energy transition across Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), green hydrogen and EV charging infrastructure, and solar PV inverters. KP Group will lead project development, leveraging its EPC expertise, while Delta will supply advanced technology and offer ongoing operational support. This collaboration strengthens both firms’ capabilities in renewable energy integration, clean mobility infrastructure, and smart solar solutions, supporting India’s push toward sustainable power and decarbonization.
