Swastika Investsmart Ltd — Updates, 06-06-2025: Company Update

Swastika Investmart has announced a board meeting outcome approving the allotment of 27.85 lakh equity shares at Rs. 62.20 per share (including Rs. 60.20 premium) upon conversion of 5.57 lakh warrants. The company received the full balance payment of Rs. 12.99 Cr related to these warrants, originally issued at Rs. 311 each before the share split. Post allotment, the paid-up capital rose to Rs. 4.02 Cr with 2.01 crore equity shares of Rs. 2 each. Promoters’ stake increased from 55.02% to 59.88%, enhancing promoter control and reducing non-promoter holding to 40.12%.
