Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited — Others, 06-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Kansai Nerolac Paints has announced a board meeting to hold its 105th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing. The key focus includes adoption of the financial results for the year and declaring a dividend of ₹3.75 per share, which includes a special dividend of ₹1.25. Mr. Hitoshi Nishibayashi will retire as Non-Executive Director due to health reasons, and the vacancy will not be filled. Mr. Takashi Tomioka is proposed for re-appointment.
