Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd. sold 1.04 crore equity shares (0.65% stake) of Bajaj Finserv for ₹2,002.21 crore via a block deal to public investors. Bajaj Finserv continues as an associate of BHIL. The sale proceeds will be received on a T+1 basis. Notably, Bajaj Finserv accounted for 56.5% of BHIL’s consolidated PAT and 45% of its net worth in the last financial year.
