Sah Polymers has announced a board meeting to discuss key corporate actions. The company appointed Harikant Turgalia as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, adding over 36 years of experience in finance and business development. It approved the disinvestment of its entire equity stake in subsidiary Fibcorp Polyweave Private Limited. Sah Polymers also issued 72 lakh fully convertible warrants at Rs. 90 each on a preferential basis to seven investors, including promoters and funds, to strengthen capital and support growth.
