Sah Polymers Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 06-06-2025: Preferential issue

Sah Polymers is issuing 72 lakh fully convertible warrants at Rs. 90 each to seven investors, including promoters and non-promoters. Each warrant can be converted into one equity share within 18 months. The company plans to use the funds primarily to strengthen its financial position. Aeroflex Enterprises is set to receive 36 lakh warrants, while six other investors, including the Ajmera family, will get 6 lakh warrants each.
