JK Lakshmi Cement Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 06-06-2025: Record Date

JK Lakshmi Cement has announced a board meeting on June 12, 2025, setting the record date for shareholders to receive a final dividend of ₹6.50 per share (130%) for FY ending March 31, 2025. Shareholders on the record date, including demat holders as per beneficial ownership, will get the dividend within 3-4 weeks after the AGM.
