Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry Limited has announced a board meeting that approved increasing its authorized share capital from Rs. 4 Cr to Rs. 7.2 Cr by creating 32 lakh new equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The board also approved issuing 6.5 lakh equity shares to promoters at Rs. 31.30 per share and 25 lakh convertible warrants, each convertible into one equity share within 18 months, to promoters and non-promoters at the same price. These issuances are subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting. The company appointed a practicing company secretary as scrutinizer for voting.
