G G Engineering Limited has announced a board meeting to convene a meeting of its equity shareholders for approval of a proposed Scheme of Arrangement to amalgamate with Integra Essentia Limited, consolidating their operations in infrastructure and engineering products. The NCLT Mumbai Bench has directed the meeting of equity shareholders while dispensing with meetings of secured and unsecured creditors, who have largely consented.
