UPL Limited — Important, 06-06-2025: General Updates

UPL Limited is liquidating its 33% associate Serra Bonita Sementes S.A in Brazil by selling all assets for USD 125 million. Serra Bonita contributed Rs. 441 crore in revenue and had a net worth of Rs. 197 crore, representing 0.67% of UPL’s consolidated net worth. Proceeds will be distributed to shareholders, including UPL’s subsidiary Advanta Brazil, after which Serra Bonita will no longer be an associate. The transaction will improve UPL’s liquidity and simplify its portfolio.
