Jubilant Ingrevia Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 06-06-2025: Issue of Securities

Jubilant Ingrevia has raised Rs. 100 Cr through unsecured Commercial Papers with a 55-day maturity at a 6.30% annual interest rate, payable upfront. These CPs are listed on NSE and mature on July 31, 2025. This issue is part of an approved Rs. 600 Cr CP program, with total outstanding CPs now at Rs. 150 Cr. The proceeds will support short-term liquidity management.
