Nazara Technologies Limited — Important, 06-06-2025: Updates

Nazara has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. It completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Smaaash Entertainment, investing INR 10 Cr in equity and providing an INR 116 Cr unsecured loan for creditor settlements. Smaaash runs gaming and entertainment centers at 11 locations with a turnover of INR 112.34 Cr in FY24. This acquisition broadens Nazara’s presence in gaming and F&B, strengthening its inorganic growth play.
