GP Eco Solutions India Limited — Others, 06-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

GP Eco Solutions India Limited has announced a board meeting on its expansion plans and financial outlook. The company plans to increase its battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity from 500 MWh to 5 GWh by 2030, aiming for 2–3 GWh by FY27 to capture a 10% market share. The phased investment of ₹70–80 crore will be funded mainly through internal accruals and promoter contributions. Current orders exceed 35 MWh, with more utility-scale projects expected. Solar EPC and module manufacturing capacities are also expanding to 1 GW and 1.2 GW by FY26, scaling to 5 GW by FY30. Revenues and EBITDA are expected to grow 3–7x and 5–10x respectively by FY26–27, supported by strong demand and planned funding of ₹150–170 crore.
