Ratnaveer Precision Engineering has announced a board meeting to approve a fund raise of Rs. 211 Cr via equity shares or other securities through QIP, preferential, rights issue, or bonds, pending shareholder approval. The company plans to increase its authorized share capital from Rs. 65 Cr to Rs. 85 Cr and amend its memorandum to permit lending or depositing funds to connected parties, excluding banking activities. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be called for shareholder approvals.
