Indian Overseas Bank — Others, 06-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Indian Overseas Bank has announced a board meeting to hold its 25th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing. The agenda includes approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ending March 31, 2025, and seeking shareholder approval for appointing and re-nominating several non-executive and part-time directors. The bank will appoint M/s Srinidhi Sridharan & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26. Shareholders will also vote on raising up to ₹4,000 crore equity capital and approving an Employees Share Purchase Scheme (IOB-ESPS 2025-26) for permanent employees and key management, subject to approvals.
