Tata Steel has announced a board meeting to adopt the financial results for the quarter and half-year and to declare a dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share for FY 2024-25. The meeting will also consider the re-appointment of Mr. Noel Naval Tata as director retiring by rotation. The company plans to appoint M/s Parikh & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY 2025-26, with a first-year fee of ₹7 lakh, and has re-appointed Messrs Shome & Banerjee as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26 at ₹35 lakh. The AGM will be held via video conferencing.
