Persistent Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 06-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Persistent Systems has announced a board meeting on key leadership and governance updates. Ernst & Young LLP will take over as Internal Auditors for the next three years, replacing Ms. Anuja Ramdasi, who will remain Ombudsperson for Ethical matters. The Board approved re-appointing Dr. Anand Deshpande as Managing Director for five years and Mr. Sandeep Kalra as Executive Director for three years, both subject to shareholder approval. The Annual Report for FY 2024-25 was also approved, highlighting governance and sustainability initiatives.
