Persistent Systems has announced a board meeting to approve the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as new Internal Auditors, replacing Anuja Ramdasi, who stepped down due to internal reorganization but will remain as Ombudsperson for Ethical matters. EY will serve as Internal Auditors for three consecutive financial years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2027-28, bringing global expertise to strengthen Persistent’s governance and audit processes.
