Ethos Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 06-06-2025: Rights Issue

Ethos Limited is launching a rights issue to raise ₹410 Cr by offering 22.77 lakh shares at ₹1,800 each. Existing shareholders can subscribe to 4 shares for every 43 held as of June 12, 2025. The share capital will increase from 2.45 crore to 2.68 crore shares post-issue. This gives investors a chance to maintain or increase their stake at a premium price, but those who don’t participate may face dilution in ownership.
