Rajshree Polypack has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company raised ₹2.35 Cr by allotting 9 lakh shares through conversion of 1.5 lakh fully convertible warrants to non-promoter investors. Paid-up equity capital increased to ₹37.12 Cr from ₹36.67 Cr. Conversion rights on the remaining 1.5 lakh warrants remain exercisable within 18 months.
