This marks EIE’s entry into the solar EPC sector, focusing on ground-mounted and floating solar projects. While Sunaxis is a fresh entity with no operations yet, the deal strategically positions EIE to tap into India’s expanding renewable energy market and strengthen its footprint in sustainable infrastructure development.
