Cropster Agro Limited has announced a board meeting that approved the resignation of Ms. Nilam Makwana as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to her inability to devote sufficient time for personal reasons. To maintain board strength, Mr. Divyesh Bhanushali, a commerce graduate and associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with around five years’ experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. This change ensures experienced oversight in governance and compliance functions without altering existing director relationships.
