Last Mile Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results along with the audit report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of 2% on equity shares of Rs. 1 each, amounting to Rs. 0.02 per share, was announced. The company appointed M/s Babubhai Patel & Associates as internal auditors for FY 2025-26 and M/s A. Shah & Associates as secretarial auditors for five consecutive years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. M/s A. Shah & Associates will also issue the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for FY 2025-26.
