Last Mile Enterprises Limited has confirmed no deviation in the use of proceeds from multiple preferential issues totaling approximately Rs. 353.5 Cr, Rs. 75.1 Cr, and Rs. 235.4 Cr. Funds raised were deployed as planned for expansion, working capital needs, strategic investments, and other corporate purposes. Minor unutilised amounts remain, such as Rs. 70,000 and Rs. 30,000, pending deployment. Monitoring agencies were involved only in the largest issue. This disciplined use of capital underlines the company’s focus on growth and operational strengthening without any changes in the intended application of equity and warrant proceeds.
