Sundrop Brands has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved granting 13.81 lakh employee stock options under the 2024 ESOP to eligible employees, including those at its subsidiary Del Monte Foods Private Limited. The exercise price is INR 809 for 30% of the options and INR 515 for the remaining 70%, including those granted to the Group Managing Director. Options will vest after at least one year and can be exercised within five years, with no lock-in on shares.
