Valor Estate Limited — Important, 09-06-2025: General Updates

Valor Estate, through its subsidiary and partner Prestige Estates, is advancing a major slum redevelopment in Worli, Mumbai, on 70,000 sq. meters of MCGM land. Over 3,600 families have been relocated, and demolition orders for remaining structures are issued, with full evacuation imminent. Construction will start soon on “The Prestige Place,” a premium mixed-use project designed by SOM, offering over 4 million sq. ft. of saleable area and in-situ rehabilitation for 4,000+ families, positioning the project for significant urban and real estate value creation.
