Oriental Rail Infrastructure has announced a board meeting on which it acknowledged the completion of Mr. Suresh Mane’s two-term tenure as an Independent Director, effective upon closure of business. Parikh has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Mr. Parikh is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience in taxation, auditing, and financial advisory, bringing strong expertise in Indian tax laws and corporate governance.
