FY ’25 consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 184.31 Cr, EBITDA at Rs. 54.64 Cr (29.65% margin), and net profit at Rs. 27.25 Cr (14.79% margin). H2 showed robust growth with revenue up 25% to Rs. 102.34 Cr, EBITDA rising 87% to Rs. 35.61 Cr, and net profit doubling to Rs. 19.16 Cr.
Management highlighted Rs. 350 Cr+ in long-term contracts, including a Rs. 197 Cr deal with Schlumberger, a younger fleet supporting premium charter rates, and expected EBITDA margins of 40-45% on new deals. Focus areas include disciplined vessel acquisitions, digitalization, green shipping, and marine/port services expansion. Debt may rise to Rs. 300 Cr with borrowing costs around 9.5%. Strong order book and operational efficiency underpin confidence in growth amid favorable market conditions.
