Saraswati Saree Depot Ltd. has launched its first exclusive retail outlet in Kolhapur, entering the retail space with a 15,000 sq. ft. store. The company invested Rs. 2.8 Cr and expects first-year revenues of Rs. 5–6 Cr. Targeting a 20% RoCE, this move aims to boost margins and strengthen customer relationships. Future retail expansion will be guided by learnings from this pilot store.
