Secondly and thirdly, to ratify material related party transactions with Shiva Texfabs Limited and Yogindera Worsted Limited, each with a transaction limit of ₹50 crore for purchases and sales during the 2025-26 fiscal year. These transactions are at arm’s length and in the ordinary course of business, aimed at ensuring smooth operations within the Shiva Group companies. E-voting facilities are provided for shareholders to cast their votes remotely.
