Anand Rayons Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the conversion of 1,76,666 warrants into an equal number of equity shares at Rs. 78 per share (including Rs. 68 premium). These shares were allotted to non-promoter public investors on preferential basis after receiving Rs. 1.03 Cr as the balance payment. Following this conversion, the company’s paid-up capital increased to Rs. 210.08 Cr, comprising 2.10 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each. Warrants aggregating 28.38 lakh remain outstanding for future conversion. This equity infusion strengthens the company’s capital base and broadens its public shareholding.
