AA Plus Tradelink Limited has announced a board meeting for approval via postal ballot by remote e-voting to appoint Mr. Kirit Kumar Madhavlal Shah as Managing Director for a five-year term, effective from April 7, 2025, with an annual remuneration of Rs. 6,00,000 including perquisites. In case of no or inadequate profits, remuneration will comply with statutory provisions. Additionally, Mr. Vinayak S. Chandorkar has been proposed for appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years from May 29, 2025.
