Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Initiation of Legal Proceedings before the Hon’ble Bombay High

Court in Compliance with the Directions of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in W.P.(C) 4633/2025 &

CM APPL. 21406/2025.

In continuation of our intimation dated April 9, 2025 and Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing

Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Kairosoft AI

Solutions Limited (“the Company”) has instituted a Writ Petition bearing No. W.P.(C) 4633 of 2025

before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi against BSE Limited. The said petition was filed on April 9,

2025, in relation to certain issues arising out of the Company’s engagements and dealings with BSE

Limited."

Further, we hereby inform you that as per the directions issued by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court on

Monday, 09th June 2025, in relation to Writ Petition bearing No. W.P.(C) 4633/2025 & CM APPL.

21406/2025, the Company shall now be approaching the Hon’ble Bombay High Court for necessary

reliefs and appropriate directions in the said matter.

The Company is taking appropriate legal steps in compliance with the Delhi High Court’s order, and

will keep the exchange informed any further material developments in this regard.

The Company remains committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance,

transparency, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All material developments in the

matter will be duly communicated to the Stock Exchange and other stakeholders in accordance with the
