Goswami, has been appointed as a Manager of the Company for 2 (two) consecutive years with effect

from 9" June,2025 to 8" June, 2027 which shall be subject to the approval of shareholders of the

Company.

Secretarial Services.

Directors Company personally, financially or otherwise.
