Shera Energy has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Shera Zambia Limited acquired a copper plant in Zambia’s Copperbelt, expanding its global presence and raw material access. The plant will produce 1,200 metric tonnes of 99.99% pure copper cathodes annually, with plans to scale up to 5,000 tonnes. This acquisition aims to reduce raw material costs, improve margins, and support growth with minimal capital spending. Further capacity expansion is being considered.
