Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has expanded operations by setting up a new manufacturing facility in Firozabad, leveraging the region’s GI-certified glassmaking heritage to boost production capacity, reduce costs, and enhance export potential. In Q4 FY25, net profit rose 74.8% YoY to ₹84.22 lakhs, with revenue up 6% to ₹105.16 lakhs. For the full year, net profit more than doubled to ₹248.94 lakhs, and revenue grew 48.1% to ₹526.30 lakhs. A Rights Issue to raise up to ₹48 Cr aims to support growth and strengthen financials.
