Private Limited for INR 36 Cr (excluding taxes). The Electronics segment contributed 19.87% to the Company’s revenue and the sale proceeds will primarily be used to reduce INR 55.65 Cr of debt, expected to cut annual interest costs by INR 3.6 Cr, improving profitability and cash flow. The transaction supports the Company’s goal of becoming debt-free within two years and strengthening its balance sheet for future growth. Voting will be conducted through remote e-voting only.
