Deepak Fertilisers has announced a board meeting on plans to set up a Weak Nitric Acid plant (300 KT PA) and two Concentrated Nitric Acid plants (150 KT PA) at Dahej, Gujarat. After a recent review, the project cost was revised slightly upward to ₹1,982.79 Cr from ₹1,950 Cr. This move signals the company’s commitment to expanding its chemical segment capacity, indicating confidence in future growth potential.
