Campus Activewear Limited — Important, 10-06-2025: Updates

Campus Activewear Ltd. has announced a board meeting on 29th May 2025 approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Annual revenue rose to INR 1,592.96 Cr from INR 1,448.29 Cr, with profit before tax increasing to INR 163.94 Cr versus INR 120.03 Cr. Net profit grew to INR 121.18 Cr from INR 89.44 Cr. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.30 per share. Ernst & Young LLP and ATG & Co. appointed as internal and secretarial auditors respectively.
