South West Pinnacle Exploration Limited — Important, 10-06-2025: Agreements

South West Pinnacle Exploration Ltd plans a board meeting to approve an investment in Alara Resources Limited (ARL), Australia. Promoter and MD Vikas Jain has agreed to subscribe up to AUD 1 million in ARL’s share placement at AUD 0.04 per share, pending shareholder approval. Jain and family currently hold about 9% of ARL and he serves as a director there. This related party deal is at arm’s length with no change to SWPE’s control.
