Reliance Infrastructure Limited — Updates, 10-06-2025: Press Release

Reliance Defence and Diehl Defence have deepened their partnership to boost production of 155mm Precision Guided Munitions for the Indian Armed Forces. Reliance will lead as prime contractor under the Make in India-II initiative, aiming for over 50% local content. The new Ratnagiri facility will have an annual capacity of 200,000 artillery shells. This move strengthens Reliance’s role in the global defence supply chain and aligns with India’s push for self-reliance in advanced defence manufacturing.
