Agi Infra Limited — Board Meeting, 10-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

AGI Infra has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company awarded a Rs 16.1 Cr construction contract to its wholly owned subsidiary, AGI Construction Pvt Ltd, to develop two towers (around 1.89 lakh sq. ft) at the Jalandhar Heights-IV project, targeting completion in three years.
