Naga Dhunseri Group Ltd. has informed shareholders about the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority due to unclaimed dividends from FY 2017-18 onwards. Shareholders yet to claim dividends are urged to update their bank details and submit claims to prevent share transfer. Shares with unpaid dividends for seven consecutive years, whether in physical or demat form, will be moved to the IEPF demat account. Although rights and dividends on such shares will accrue to IEPF, shareholders can reclaim them through an online process.
