Dhunseri Investments Limited has announced the transfer of unclaimed dividends from FY 2017-18 onwards, along with the related equity shares in physical and demat form, to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders who have not yet claimed their dividends are advised to contact the company or its registrar with necessary documents and updated bank details by August 20, 2025. If unclaimed by then, the company will transfer these shares and dividends to IEPF. Shareholders can reclaim them later by applying to the IEPF authority.
