Castrol India Limited — Board Meeting, 10-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Castrol India has announced a board meeting on 10 June 2025, approving the appointment of Mr. Vishal Thakkar as Interim CFO from 12 June 2025. With 28 years of global experience at Castrol across finance, supply chain, procurement, and marketing, he brings strong leadership amid the transition. The board also noted the resignation of Mr. Rohit Talwar, VP & Head – Marketing, effective 8 August 2025, as he moves on to pursue new opportunities.
