The subsidiary, active in agri and steel wholesale trading, posted a turnover of Rs. 205.44 Cr and PAT of Rs. 121 Cr for FY 2024-25. This capital boost targets improved operational efficiency and revenue growth, with the parent company's full ownership unchanged.
