Devyani International Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 10-06-2025: Allotment of Securities

Devyani International raised about Rs 419.3 Cr by allotting 2.37 Cr equity shares at Rs 176.78 each to investors including Alpha Wave Ventures, IvyCap Ventures Trust Funds, DSP HMK Holdings, and State Bank of India. This capital infusion follows their acquisition of an 80.72% stake in Sky Gate Hospitality and subsidiaries. The equity share base increased from ~120.82 Cr to ~123.19 Cr shares, expanding Devyani’s presence in foodservice while strengthening the balance sheet with fresh funds.
