Amit Sarin was re-appointed as Managing Director, with Aman Sarin and Ashim Sarin continuing in key executive roles for five years pending shareholder consent. Rajendra Prasad Sharma joins as an Independent Director, adding governance and law enforcement expertise. Neeraj Kumar was named Company Secretary and Compliance Officer after Manoj Pahwa’s retirement, strengthening leadership and oversight.
