The company re-appointed M/s Yogesh Gupta & Associates as Cost Auditors and appointed Mr. Narendra Singh Negi as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Ms. Priya Jindal was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval. Senior management directors were re-appointed for five-year terms starting January 2026. Mr. Neeraj Kumar replaced Mr. Manoj Pahwa as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. A retired IPS officer, Rajendra Prasad Sharma, joined as Additional Independent Director, subject to approval.
